On Saturday 22 June 2013, 9am my Internet stopped working, I called the Telkom call centre and the agent advised me after doing some tests that there is a problem on the line. A fault was logged, ref no. 65CWK22613. I was advised that a technician will get back to me.
On Sunday I called back and was told that the problem is in hand with the technician and it being Sunday I thought I would wait it out and was certain by Monday that I would be contacted. When I called in on Monday I was told that the called was closed but the agent was unable to see why it was closed as I was still experiencing the problem so the agent logged a escalation and gave me another ref number. F170056.

Yesterday I called back and was advised that the fault is in hand with the technician. Today is day 5 and my problem has still not been resolved. I posted a message on Telkoms Facebook page and received a reply that a URGENTdespatch was logged.

If my fault is now treated as urgent and I have not been assisted yet then I would hate to see how a normal fault is treated.

I'm a paying customer trying to use his 4MB line and I am totally disgusted with the service I received from Telkom.
