Hi
I logged a call with Telkom on Wednesday (29 January 2014) via the internet. My landline and my adsl was not working. After no response for I called the call centre on Thursday afternoon and the agent checked the line and said she can not pick up any signal from my side and that she will assign a technician to come out and check the problem. Since then I have called on Friday, Monday, Tuesday and up to today Thursday (6 Feb) it has still not even been assigned to a technician.
I need my service desperately because i need to log in to work servers at night and I requested that this be put as urgent with the agent yet still no response from Telkom at all.
Help please. URGENT URGENT URGENT
