FNB - a mission with bad service and attitude

I applied for a loan online. When the lady phoned me back and I couldn't hear her, she got really annoyed and she immediately have a bad attitude. She told me she will phone me again. She phoned me again and she told me I needed certain documents. I emailed her the documents and when I phoned her to ask if she received them she again had a bad attitude and told me she will phone me back she is busy. A day later she phoned me and we sorted the loan application out - but she is not friendly at all. She told me the loan will be paid into my account within the next 24 hours. After two days I email her to ask her what the status is on my loan application, she gives me the customer services number. I phone them and they keep cutting me off!!! I would just like to know what the status is and when we can expect the money.
