I just wanted to thank Tshepo at MTN Sandton City what AMAZING service! I am blown away! Above and beyond! Thank you so much!

He changed my account from being charged from my dad to mine after two previously failed attempts in 3 days!
He upgraded my phone in store instantly.
He put covers on my phone and my mothers phones, happily.
He was kind and helpful.
He called me and followed up that my sim card was working.
After the account change went through I received an SMS that my NEW insurance had been completed by Tshepo for my new phone.
