On 14 Jan 2013 I lost my cellphone, tried to call 808 which i cudnt get through to as it kept on saying that they were experiencing problems. Tried communication via email and facebook with MTN all "consultants" promised that someone from their office will assist in claiming for new phone till today no one has done that. I sent my claim form via fax, i've email mtn a thousand time till to date I've not received feedback. I am paying insurance and handset every month consistently i have never missed a payment, now I am in need of their assistance they are no where to be found. I have lost hope now that i will ever get response from mtn insurance or any one from their company. i hope by putting this report someone will listen to my query and get back to me.
