I lost my cellphone on the 7th September 2013 and i reported it to my insurance on the 8th but still to date i still haven't heard anything from the insurance company which was recommended to me by MTN when i got my contract with them almost 2 years back.
i have tried calling the insurance company (24 Hours Mobile) and their call center agents always promises that i will get a call within 24 hours but since i have submitted my claim last month no one bothered calling me back to just give me feedback, worst is that during this period they have deducted my subscription twice already.
I am pleading with MTN to intervene since they have aligned themselves with this insurance and they recommend it to them.
