I was once again phoned on Saterday to inform me that I have been handed over after paying my bill on the 22nd of January already. The lady did not listen to what I'm were telling her and had a bad attitude. I dropped the call as to there are no reason for me to keep on talking to someone whom do not listen to what I'm were telling her. I were only 1 month in arears and the rest were only payable after month end, all were paid on the 22nd already. Today I once again received sms'e that I'm in arears! I also logged a complaint last week. Please get this sorted.
