Poor coverage and calls being dropped

I moved across to MTN in July of last year and since this date, i have struggled with coverage in the Orange Grove area. This has now degraded to the point where the calls keep dropping. I can't even complain to MTN through 808 because the call drops before I get the chance to confirm my details. Other staff members in the office have complained numerous times in the last 6 months with NO feedback what so ever. Could someone at MTN please sort this out because this is pathetic...
