I logged through a claim on 25 March 2013 for roof leaks and storm damage. The assessors have been to my property and have sent their report 2 times to FNB insurance and to dat have received no feedback. FNB brokers do not provide feedback. I have phoned on several occassions and spoke to various people who promised to call back with feedback but have failed to respond. i even sent emails but recieved no response. I am losing hope in this company and hope they change their turn around time soon or reap the consequences of their incompetance.
