I lost my phone called in requested a claim form, after 3 weeks I am still waiting after calling them 5 times, wasting my time and airtime.
Each time the consultant says she/he has to make a request and confirms my email address, which is correct and I never received the form yet I have an affidavit that shows the date which I lost the phone
I hope this is not going create problems with my claim because I am paying for insurance aswell.
