MTN unable to resolve query

I opened a contract with MTN St. Peters Square Observatory Cape Town on the 03/10/2013 . The Package I apllied for was MTN 100 Top up which has 150mb included in package. Beginning of November 2013 I received my air time but no megabites. Went back to the branch in St. Peters Square and the agent Discovered the package was loaded incorrectly and he reloaded the package on system. While standing there he spoke to one of the mangers explaing what happened and they need to backdate the megabites for the October and November I did not receive. Came beginning of December only received aitime once again and no megabites. I called the customer service and they sent a request through to have megabites resent and i received the 150 mb but the outstanding was still not sent. Everytime i call customer service they say they are working on it and if you go on there system it will show you the amount of times I spoke to them. Called MTN customer service at the end of December 2013 to query outstanding mb's and the agent said tey still working on it. I was now fed up and demanded to speak to a Supervisor or a manager by which the agent replied they are busy and not available. To date no mb's
