On the 29th i took up a Smart S 100 contract with Vodacom. The consultant who sold me the deal told me I would get 1gig of megabites for the first 6 months but upon receiving the phone I can never pick up the free megabites. I phoned and requested this be rectified on 02 Nov 2013 BUT to date this has not been done. The contact centre agent logged a query which is being attended to by Thandi Mnyakeni who has not cared to even call me to update me on the resolution. I am very disappointed with the service I have received as I was sent from Pillar to post by the Vodacom contact centre.
