I applied for a 400 package for Cell C beginning April 2013 which includes 400 minutes, 400 sms;s and 400mb data and a BB Z10 for R599pm. I needed this package for work purposes and was told that there was no stock of the Z10 and they will get in a few days, I waited but no contact saying there were still no phones. I went back to the branch and was told that they couldn't give me a fixed date as to when the Z10 will arrive. I then asked if I could get an S3 instead of the Z10 as I needed the phone urgently. I was then told that I needed to reapply for a new contract which I duly did. I said that I wanted the same package that I originally applied for and was told it was done. I signed the contract and a few days later I received the phone. I then received an sms saying that I have a R300 limit loaded on the phone, as I am a new Nashua customer I assumed that this was a pro rata for the balance of the month. But the next month I was softlocked when I reached my Limit, I went to Carnival Mall where I opened my account and saw the tracking of the applications and saw that I did apply for the 400 package but when the data was captured on the system it was captured as a 100 package.
