Received Incorrect details

I have compained about this comany before when I received a Haux call according to this company it wasn't them although I find this hard to believe. What upset me the most is that I must know go through the same process as what happened when I received this Haux call and use my own megabites, there is no lee way from them nobody is prepared to help. I stated last month to these people that I can't run the scan as my megabites are low although my labtop is at risk no one is prepared to help nor understand

I have tried to call the people in JHB on the no given to me when I first lodge my complain but the no provided doesn't excist, what now, who is who and with whom am I dealing. Can someone call me as the no's on the internet is only overseas no's and I can't hone overseas
