I took both my cell phones in on 23/11/2013 because of faults. Wrote two contact numbers but main number was for my husband. Needless to say they registered a number that was not the main number. One phone has since been returned, apparently not under warranty, so they did not fix as they "could not get hold of me". When querying where my other phone was, I was told to come back after new years 2/1/2014. I did only to be told that it still was not returned. They then said my phone was to be replaced as they could not fix it. I must come back "next week" it should be back. I went back again around 6/1/2014 only to be told it was still in transit. SERIOUSLY!!! The guy said he had the waybill number and would phone me that day when the delivery service gets there so he can see where it is, wrote my number down and I am Still waiting for a call. This phone was not even a month old when this problem started, it is the second time I have had to send it in. Just how long is your turn around time!!! I want my phone - learn a good phrase, "Delivery without excuses". And if you did "apparently" try to phone me like the last phone then learn what a message service is for.
