Dealer cancellation, was not credited but debited

Hello

I applied for a cellphone contract but it didn't fit my needs, the agent then did a DEALER cancellation and informing me that I would be credited the amount.

Today I get an SMS stating that I've been debited the amount that I was supposed to be credited.
