What TERRIBLE service

In MArch of this year i bought a black berry from your stores here at pinecrest centre. Being wary of black berrys i was told that no complaints have come in about the model that i took. So i bought the phone only to have endless troubles. Taking the phone into the repair centre they apparently "fixed" the unit only for me to use it for not even 2 weeks before i had to be returned for the same problem. I returned it to the repair center for it to be sent to ARC which they gave me another defective unit. So essentially i have not had a working cell phone for the last 2-3 months. After i got it back from ARC it started turning off by itself immediatly.

I wrote an email to the customer care on the 1 dec who promised me that some one would contact me in the next 2-3 days which until now i still have not got any feed back.

I do not want this phone any more i want it uplifted and either a new phone not a blackberry given to me in lue of this defective unit. Your quick to take my money but not quick to help a person. what kind of rubbish is this?

I even have a reference number S3-T8I27-7C205.
