Hi

i applied for a Nokia Lumia on the 26th June 2013, R100 top up, meaning that i must get R100 airtime, 150MB and 25sms, however i had my own airtime on my sim, when upgrading MTN only upgraded me with 150MB which was use to update the phone, the phone just went off and never went on again, i took the phone back with all the things it came with and i cancelled the contract on the 04th July 2013

however i request that i want to chance to the Nokia Lumia 920 top up R200, i wait like 6 days for the phone, i fine got the phone, but no airtime, i called the call centre and they tell me that i will get the airtime on the 21st of July, so why must i pay for something that will lake place on the 21st...

in fact the MTN service is not up to standard, i will not pay the debit order due to this.
