Nokia Lumia 920 Faulty

On the 1st of April 2013, I was supposed to upgrade my cellular contract, at Nashua Mobile, in Durbanville. I requested a new Nokia Lumia 920, which I only received middle of April due to lack of stock. Three weeks later, the phone froze on me and I had to send it in for repairs. After waiting for sixteen days, I received my phone back. What a surprise one week later, the same problem. I was told that it is a software malfunction, and I must bring the phone in again. Seeing that I stay about 40 Km from Durbanville, on a farm, running my own business. I was stuck without a phone for 2 days, before I could return it. I requested Nokia to replace the phone, upon which I was told only after the third time that it breaks, then only will they replace it. Do these big companies think we have the time and money to drive up and down, to sort out a faulty phone. The Nokia Rep collected the phone on Teusday the 4th of June from the Nashua Mobile branch in Durbanville. I was promised a mail the next day, and would be updated. Up to now, I have not heard back from Nokia, and feel that this is really bad service.
