Cell C's head office gives bad service&attention

Dear All. We are a firm who has been struggling anbd fighting to get money back, which are owed to our deceased client. We are totally disappointed that when we follow up on the proceeds to be paid back into the Estate account, after Cell C has deducted R 5 486.09 wrongly from the deceased old close corporation's bank account (at that time the CC was still owned by him). We sent in a request for cancellation of the cell c contract abefore this amount was wrongly deducted. Now we are stiil waiting on credit from the Legal department to be available for this payment. We actually think someone used it as a Christmas bonus because why would it take since 24 July 2013 to obtain credit to make this payment??? the reference number is: 116283374, Estate Erich Poll, if you Cell C staff do care about your cutomers, you will assist us asap. Thank you.
