I had a faulty iPhone 5 which I gave in for repairs at the Montague Gardens repair centre, I received a refurbished phone the next day. Perfect phone, good as new, only catch was when I checked my balances there was R0 airtime left and 0MB left for the month as per attached screenshot. Over R500 worth of airtime/data by MTN employees. Compensation would be appreciated.
