On Thursday 9 Jan I reported my residential phone being out of order. I waited more than 20min for my call to be answered, also reported it via sms. On Tuesday 14 Jan I rang them again, after another long wait, I was told the technical department will be in touch. Today is a week and guess what... nobody rang me from the technical department, I still do not have a working telephone.
Some form of communication will be appreciated.
