On Thursday, 29 August 2013, we couldn't make any outgoing calls at the office. Our accounts department made a payment the same day. We reported the phones from Thursday, and today, Monday - 2 September 2013, we still can't make any outgoing calls. Telkom's account department said our account is paid up to date, and that there is something wrong with our telephone system. And Telkom's technical department say that our account is suspended, therefore we can't make any calls. We have a business to run. Can someone investigate this matter and rectify the problem a.s.a.p. please?
