I cancelled my contract because I do not want to do an upgrade until the iPhone is available and would like to stay on Pay as you Go with Virgin My Contract expired on 5 Nov and no one told me so been paying for a phone that is already paid for? I have sent a cancellation email giving 30 days notice and tried to call numerous times to see if you have received it but keep getting different #'s to call and been shoved from pillar to post? I must however commend Akhona from Canal Walk Branch on trying to assist me
