The Call centre is very unfriendly in telephone manners. They either cut you off or you wait more than 20 minutes before they answer. I needed technical assistance as we are going away on holiday. I lodged a call for them to come out this week, but when I phoned this morning (after waiting forever to get my call answered) I got told that the technical team is fully booked out. They might help me next week... NOT ACCEPTABLE, as I have an emergency to have my alarm fixed and in working order!!
