On Wednsday 20 /3 could not send or receive emails. Reported this to tech support. Was told it was a domain issue and would be forwarded to relevant department. I would be informed of progress. Thursday still not working. Was told department was on leave but this would be prioritised on Friday. On Friday was told this was corrected but have to wait for system update. Saturday was told nothing had been done.
A total to date of 11 phone calls totalling 3 hours and 45 minutes on the telephone. A cost in excess of R350-00 for Neotel. Now told it is a finance issue and that they dont know if this is going to be resolved on Monday or Tuesday.
