I took out 2 contracts about 5 months ago with Cell C, a Blackberry and a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. The samsung soon gave me problems and just went dead, I returned it to Cell C Pheonix plaza and the phone was booked into repairs, it was not long after that and I was sent an sms to come collect my device of which I was happy because it did not take too long. A day after I fetch the phone it went dead again and took it back the next day, it was booked on the 9th of December 2013 and I was never given any feedback after that. On the first week of January I called and was told I would be called back but I wasn't, only on the 10 of January I received an sms that my phone was received at a repair centre in Midrand, where was it all along? Till this day no one has called in with an explaination. I have four contracts with Cell C but I feel I am not valued as a customer thatt has been loyal to them for so many years. I hope this can be fixed because I understood not being contacted during the festive season but now it's almost the end of January and still nothing!
