ONLINE FAULT REPORTED A MONTH AGO!

I reported a complaint online with Telkom on the 18th Dec 2013, it is now the 16th Jan 2014 and still no one has come to have a look at our house phone!!! What is the point of logging in a complaint if it is not going to be adhered to? After numerous attempts to get through to their complaints department, they mentioned that they would send technicians to come have a look at it on 15 Jan 2014! Still there has not been anybody to address this issue and why did we have to call over and over again???
