CELL C ONCE AGAIN

In January i got a call from a guy at cell c who informed me tht due to all my problems i was havin with my previous phone & issue with cell c they will give me an early upgrade from Blackberry to Samsung..i called to activate my new sim and advised both ladies i spoke to to not charge me for BIS as i will no longer be using this... they confirmed all was done... FNB contacted cell c to switch my debit orders & cell c confirmed all was approved & ok TODAY, i get sms's advising me that i need to pay R299.47 (including BIS) TO AVOID MY ACCOUNT BEING SUSPENDED..I HAVE HAD IT WITH CELL C.!!! I called in & the guy i spoke to confirmed that my bank account details was never updated and cell c have been deducting R299.47 (including BIS) WHY WOULD I NEED BIS for a SAMSUNG GALAXY? wanted to speak to a manager & as USUAL.. No one is available - Cell C has been deducting extra R57 off my account for NOTHING... Had i not found out about this imagine-R57 X 24Months - R1368.00 for absolutely nothing! the thing is we takeout these contracts, have so many dam issues with the cell phone providers & hav no choice but to sit with the contracts. I want my money BACK as they demand theirs!!
