POOR SERVICE

I upgraded my to Samsung S4 mini and after a month the phone went dead. I returned the phone and Cell C wanted to charge me to repair yet it was under warranty... After disputing and advising that phone is under warranty, it was finally repaired... This took around 3 weeks for them to repair and only with me giving them constant calls for feedback... After receiving the phone it only worked for a few hours and went dead again... Once again it was returned to Cell C and its now over a week and half and yet again I must call daily for status... The call centre operators advise that the phone is booked in and delay is on supplier turnaround... To date all I have heard is empty promises on the repairs of the device which has led me to purchase a another phone which I must advise is NOT a SAMSUNG... The fact that I am client of Cell C for over 10 years and lack of customer care shows that Cell C is not interested in their client base... Guess that they cant even assist with a "loan" phone... We seriously thinking of changing networks...
