I took out a contract for a Samsung Galaxy S3 in September 2012. The phone started to have problems with the lcd and I sent it in for repairs. I received an sms to say that the quote to repair the phone is R1943.50. I tried to get through to the number provided 084 140 to ascertain why exactly it is costing so much to repair the phone or why I should pay for it in the first place!
I have been a very loyal customer of Cell C for the last 5 years and have 3 contracts with Cell C. My one contract is supposed to be upgrated now, but I just cannot see myself upgrading with Cell C now.
