I cannot believe how Telkom works. I wrote a complain out in October here on Hello Peter, I received a response from HP@Telkom, telling me when to accept my reimbursement. According to the email, I was meant to have received the reimbursement by the end of November. To this day I have not received feedback from Telkom nor HP@Telkom. TELKOM, I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!! OR SOME FEEDBACK!!!
