Customers suffer because of terrible management

I purchased a samsung galaxy s111 from cell c in sandton city, after a few months the phone all of a sudden would not come on, i took the phone to cell c in sand ton city, the store manager [neren] said it would take up to
two weeks, when eventually it was returned the telephone still did no work, so bottom line, it looked as if the phone had never left the store for repairs, the phone looked as if it had been laying in dust for two weeks, it is now going on three months and i still donot have my phone, the store manager was on leave or never in the store the whole of december, i was in the store five times in december and had to deal with another incompitent duty manager [ricardo] whom made promises and every time got delayed another week and another, the branch manager is now saying that i dropped the phone in the water, look, my phone was always very well looked after when it was in my hands, afraid of what the store personal has done to my phone, i cannot believe and will not accept the way the management and staff of cell c sandton city conduct business and customer service, i would appreciate it if this complaint would be braught to the owners of the branch ASAP
