Telkom - no feedback

I sent an email on the 8th of June to Telkom's Property Development Connect and received a cookie cutter "I will get back to you" response two days later. I have since followed up, but haven't received any form of feedback since my initial enquiry. I didn't expect any immediate action, but a simple reply within 17 days is NOT too much to ask.
