Loged a fault with Telkom on the 15th April for a faulting internet line
No feedback on fault reported, when calling the call centre, operators feedback are not consistant.
We run a company relying on internet access.
Telkom has no sense of urgency, terrible service.
That a customer must wait for feedback, and accept the loss of non business activity.
Time is money and Telkom should understand this and take their customer concerns seriously.
