29 Sep - I emailed [Email Removed] asking them to reverse and stop future debit orders but again received no response
1 Oct - I loaded a Hello Peter complaint and received ref#6853178from their social media team with a promise that feedback will follow. No further action ever taken by Telkom
25 Oct - Telkom steals another R349 from my account
15 Nov - Telkom steals R1 550
23 Nov - Report again on HelloPeter
26 Nov - Emailed all details, support and attachments to J.N.'(Joseph) at TM-SOC-BILLING who promised to sort out the mess

3 Dec - I sent a follow up email to Joseph and still have not had any response!
14 Dec - Telkom steals R1 500 via debit order
Each time I have to ask my bank to reverse the charge, which is such a waste of time
