I am fed-up!!! Not receiving any help from Cell-C! Once again being transferred from one department to the other and not getting any response from messages I'm leaving! Thank goodness my actual upgrade is due so I can cancel my contract that I have had for so many years already! It's been two months since I've received my contract phone of which i was misinformed - instead of receiving my upgrade-contract phone i received an additional contract phone and I've been struggling to have them collect it from me for two months in order for the cancellations process to take place! Useless!!! I have in the meantime reversed the debit order which has gone off and I hold Cell-C responsible for selling cellphone contracts!!!
