WHAT can one say on this kind of service. I currently have four contracts with cell c. In march one f my contracts was due for an upgrade. ON my arrival at the shop i was advised that they cant do the upgrade due to one of my accounts being in arrears. I then a transfer an completed the upgrade. The very next month april i tried to upgrade another contract and again was told that one of my contracts was in arrears again and on a prelegal status again i did a payment and was advised that i have to wait again for three months since the pre legal status. NOW in June i again was advise that i can upgrade this contract now via numerous sms send tp my phone. after phonng the sales department and the store to confirm if everything was in order for the upgrade when i went to do the upgrade i was agian informend that something was showing on prelegal . again i had to do a payment and again i am advised that i must wait three months. When asking what thier legal department contact details are to get my lawyer involved as i dont have any dept accept my cellphone acounts one gets no reply. I am tired of cell c and this kind of service and will never upgrade another contract of mine with cell
