Breach of Contract

I have taken out a contract with auto page and the service provider is Cell C. I have a copy of the advert that CELL C had available at the time. I took the i phone5 with 200 minutes, 200 sms, mms, and 500 data with an additional 300 data per month = to 800 data for the month. I had the contract now for 3 months and have never received my additional 300 data. Cell C is telling me that the 300 additional data was only a promotion they had and its only for the first 3 months of the contract (but nowhere on the advert does it even mention that it is only for the first 3 months. Me being the client I read the advert as I am receiving 800 data for the month for the 24months as per my contract. I have to phone every time to find out what is going on as I have not received my full data of 800. Cell C and Auto Page do not have a clue what is going on here with my contract. I have to pay for something I am not receiving. Cell C is quick to phone for payment but I am not getting the service I should. I want this resolved or we are going to the newspapers.
