I placed an order to transfer my line on the 23rd of March 2013. After several phone calls (minimum of 20 minutes each on a cellphone) I still don't know if my old line is cancelled and when the new line will be transferred. Every time I phone there is either a new problem or that person can't help me. Can someone from Telkom that actually knows what is going on phone me? This is totally unacceptable! I already sent two emails for escalation on their website. Nobody got back to me.
