I sent a mail to the call centre on Wednesday 8th of January (ref nr: 7549009) to receive a list of possible upgrades as I am due. It has been passed from department to department and no list. They said I can go on their website but the link is not responding and want to find out if there are more options than the ones that are available on the site. In my line of work I can not go to a MTN shop or phone during office hours.

If the situation does not improve I will move somewhere else as I have also struggled to get proper signal the last two days.
