We are waiting since December for our telephone number and line to be transferred to our new address.
When we requested the transfer, we asked for the pre paid line to be upgraded to Plan 2 with a 25% discount which was offered to us, then the line transfer will be free.
Every time we call Telkom from our cellphone, they either don't have the order, or the order was cancelled. Every time it is a different story.
We are spending a fortune calling Telkom from our cell phone almost every day.
