Well where do i start, 1st i by accident load vas on my daughters phone so i called this awesome company and was told 48 hours after 48 hours i phoned and got told no 5 days, 5 days has come and gone an nothing has been sorted out again awesome company wow they sure do have alot of working there can not even sort out a simple issue. 2nd i get an sms saying i have been handed over i phone this awesome company and low and behold my account is up to date and they still have the nerve to tell me we did not hand you over, on the lawyers had nothing better to do and decided to play russian roulette and pick a number, i know u think we are stupid but the instruction came from vodacom, 3rd billing query would take 24 hours yip you guessed it that has come and gone and not a single word from this amazing company that cares about its customers, yes i might get a call from someone there and they all say the same thing you are important to us as a customer, bull we are not, personally i think the whole lot should be fired and they employ people that will actually do the job and that will actually know what they r doing.
