For 3 months now I have had to phone Vodacom continuously due to data bundle services. The *111# menu keeps on changing and then tells me that I have bought bundle options I didn't select.
I can now only buy data bundles from R49 and up, what happened to the cheaper bundle options - really not very consumer friendly!?
When I try to purchase data online in order to buy a cheaper bundle, I can't buy airtime or data through the site! I log in, then it gives me the option to log out. This has been going on for 2 months. What is the use of "MyVodacom" if I can't utilise it to buy anything?
I have never had to deal with such an incompetent service provider. Your staff are friendly & try to be helpful but they have no answers to my queries and can't assist me in any way - all they do is advise me to go to my nearest Vodacom outlet - which is even a bigger joke than your service or your call centre because in-store staff are even more clueless and really unhelpful - especially Vodacom Blue Route.
I can kick myself for switching to Vodacom and will certainly switch to another provider once my contract is over - unless some serious damage control is done.
