Infuriating!

On January 12th this year at Game Pavilion we were given a callback request voucher due to the air conditioning unit we wished to purchase being out of stock. A staff member named Melvin assured us that there were some in the warehouse, but none on site. He told us to call back on Monday 14 January to confirm it had been brought up to the store. After many phone calls with not much success, the stock manager told me to phone back around 3pm to see if it had been delivered. When I did so, the store manager, Kenneth Chetty, informed me that NONE of his staff would ever have told me to phone back on Monday as they have to try to locate the unit from outlying stores, there is no unit in the warehouse! In other words, i have wasted my time on hold for nearly an hour today, being shunted from unhelpful staff member to unhelpful manager!!! It's called COMMUNICATION, people! learn to ask each other questions about YOUR consumers so they actually come back to your store!
