Efusing to give my tablet back however i should p

I bought a Nebula tablet through fonechoice, i used the phone not even a month, there was a defect, i send it to fonechoice as instructed, later phone came back the same, i requested them to take it back again last year, till now the phone is not back and the response i get is that, they are waiting feedback from the insurance, i am told to continue paying however i dont receive the phone, the consultant by the name of Nomakhaya was very rude to me, she dropped the phone in my ears, and spoke to Shaik who said the supervisor is busy, i need the phoen back otherwise my contract need to be cancelled. Fone choice is a rip off
