TERRIBLE SERVICE and UNORGANISED

My name is Jenny Umbhau and about 3 weeks ago I had contacted Die Dam Camping Site to make a reservation/book a spot for 3 days (26th Dec - 28th Dec) The lady whom I had spoken to had told me there was a spot available and requested my email, name, surname and contact number etc which I had given her.
She had promised to send through an e-mail regarding the spot and times, tariffs etc (Of which I did not receive).
I tried to call the next day and nobody answered, this had gone on for about a week and a half and eventually somebody had picked up, only to find out that my name wasn't on the reservation list, she had told me that she would call me back as soon as she found out what was happening, she didn't call back so I had to phone her back a day later, this occurred again today and I was told I'd get a call back in 10 min, 3 hours later I decided to call back and they has told me I am not on the list and there are no spaces available.

This is absolutely UNACCPTABLE and we are all ready to go camping in the next 2 days! She just laughed over the phone as if it were some joke (Which I do not find very respectful, funny nor professional)
