I went on-line and done an upgrade i then realised that i have selected the wrong tablet. i then called the call centre where i was transferred from one department to the next everyone advising me that the on-line department must help me and then the on-line department says no upgrades must assist upgrades then transfers me to after sales. and this went on for 2 days everyday for 2 hours and no one can help. so i have come up the greatest idea i don't want to upgrade anymore i would like to cancel the contract. can someone competent call me so that i can cancel this contract. thank you
