5 Days after the reply from Cell C on the complaint below, I did receive a call from Cell C as promiced. Mr. Sandros phoned me, confirmed my ID number, an then said he'll get back to me. So now I'm waiting again. In the mean time, the store had to give my phone to the next customer on the waiting list.

Will I now have to wait another 5 days before they will call me?
Please??!!

""After I received a call from Cell C that my IPhone 5 has finally arrived, I submitted all the required documentation to the store. Due to my petrol disbursement claim being paid out at a different date as the rest of my salary, the payslip and bank statement for salary did not add up, and as a Civil Engineer with 5 years experience, my application for a R 399 contract was declined. After 3 hours on the phone with 9 consultants, I was told to wait a month before I can re-apply. Needless to say, the phone is now available for the next customer on the waiting list, and I'm probably not even at the back of the que.

I did however receive a reference number (3011800766), of a department that might be able to call me back by Wednesday next week.

Do I really want to move from Vodacom to Cell C? "
