Promotional Data bundles not activated

On the 29th April I puchased airtime to the value of R150, I therefore proceeded to purchase the promotional data bundle 1GB =R149 via *111#. After completing the transaction and verifying that the purchase was successful and will expire 31/05/2013. I loggedonto the internet via my IPAD and received the notification that I have insufficient funds. I dialled *111# again tried loading the 1GB again and received the message insufficient funds. I called the contact cente on 111 and was advised to send an SMS to activate the 1GB. did that and unsuccessful, insufficient funds. I contacted the call centre again and was told to log out of the internet and then it will be activated. I did that, yes it worked able to go on to the internet. To my surprise I received a message while on the internet last night stating "Insufficient funds" 1GB of Data used up in 5days. I called the contact centre this morning and was advised that they are unable to view a mini statement on the account regarding promotional puchases. Telephoned again and advised the 1GB was not activated, this is unacceptable that I was cheated out of my 1GB after receiving the notification and liaising with vodacom. Resolve pls
